In Dec 2012, I saw a video of Matt Cutts sharing about his 30 day challenge on Ted.com. You may want to watch the video below to find out more.
Well this 30 day challenge is for me to take small steps to make changes in my life. Well there are 12 months in a year, so there will be at max 12 new changes in my life. According to study, in order to create or break a habit, you have to do it consistently for 30 days. It is also to increase my confidence in a way too. So I like challenge those who want to see improvement in their life to join me in this 30 days challenge.
What do you have to lose? Just a maybe a bit of your time for the next 30 days. Try it, you may be surprise by the result you get.
As for me, my first 30 Day Challenge will be to set aside at least 5 to 10 mins to plan what I want to do for the next day. This will go according to my goals (1 year, 5 year and 20 years).
