Blogging Tips No 3: Commenting On Other Blogs
Why Commenting On Other Blogs?
A lot of people were wondering how on earth did bloggers get over 2,000 incoming links within like 2 months, commenting on other blogs will do the trick.
By commenting on other blogs (that allows you to link to your website URL), will be able to generate that much links in two months. But what they do not know that Google will be able to track their incoming links from. Here are some factors that Google is looking at, when you are commenting on other blogs:
Tips On Commenting
Relevance: This is has always been the core interest of Google providing relevance to the online searchers. If we as website owners and bloggers do not follow this core interest Google has, they will prefer to increase the ranking or even search results that provide relevance for the searchers.
Inconsistent Incoming Links: Google also tracks down how many incoming links in time. For example, if you left 10 comment on other blogs in first month, follow by 200 comments on the second, then 20 comments on the third month. Google will deem you as inconsistent, and unnatural incoming links. Google wants to have good natural incoming links to your websites or blogs, so your comments must be consistance.
Pointing To URL Only: This is also one of the trade secrets a lot of bloggers do not know. Most bloggers when commenting, will most properly leave their website or blog domain name on the comment. What they do not realised is that sometimes the post which you commented is not relevant to the latest blog post on your blog, or the latest 5 ~ 10 posts at all. To Google it is also unnatural to just point all the links to the URL only.
You might be asking what should we do so that Google will rank us (bloggers) higher in page ranks and search results using commenting. Here goes:
Correct Way To Comment
Comment the most 3 times a day: You got it, because if you are not able to be natural (consistent) in your link building strategy, Google will suspect that you bought the links, and they are mostly unrelated websites or blogs. This is bad for you, so your goal for your blog, will be doing this for a year, and you will see a massive traffic result coming, but do it naturally.
Link To Related Post Only: As Google loves relevance, so give it to them.
Search Engine Optimization guide line: For a guide have at least 3 incoming links to one single post, that will build the traffic structure very firm on your blog, making it look very healthy in Google’s view.
Leave Smart Comment: When you leave a comment, try to give resourceful feedback or add values to the comment. If not, you can add” Thank you for the post.” Something that normal, people will think that you are one of the link builders who do not know anything. But if you leave a unique and added value to the reader, they will like to know more about you.
As you can see the past previously posts talking about Google’s policy on their search engines, you do not want to mess with Google as it has 70% of the online users on Google side. After you have secure your position as the top 10 in a particular keywords, then go ahead and focus on the other search engines, using the 80/20 rule. 20% on Google, 80% on other search engines.
That will be all for today’s internet marketing strategy, and I hope you have learn from this post, do comment or share below, on the above topic. If you think your friends might find this post interesting, share with them and others online. Cheers!
