Emailing nowadays has been rated as spams and most of the time readers will not be reading them if they do not know you or allow you to email them. This is just one of the obstacles that filters your emails to your subscribers, so all the more you must know or track your emails are read by your subscribers and click to where you want them to go.

Tacking your broadcast email nowadays is easy, you are able to track the number of emails that reach your subscribers, open rate of the email, and the no of clicks the subscribers clicks in the email. You will understand whether your email campaign works, here is how to track:

Lets say that I have a 1,000 subscribers in my list and I send a email yesterday at 12pm (Note that your subscribers will most properly come from United States) and only check the open rate after 24 hours or more to find out the no of emails that reach your subscribers, as some emails might go to the junk or spam mails. This will not happen if you are using double opt-in for the subscribers. This is important that if you have over 50% of the emails which did not reach your subscribers’ mailbox. How do we rectify to decrease the rate of your emails being send to spam or junk mails? By white washing your list. I will share with you on white washing in later post.

Now you have the 500 emails reach your subscribers, the second thing is to track open rate. It basically means that the email reach your subscribers and how many open the email. The subject line of the email and the sender who is from you are the two main factors that will result in a good or bad open rate. The subject line is exactly like the headline of the sales copy, the subject line or headline’s purpose is to make your subscriber. Have you ever seem emails from other internet marketers who you do not know, and you open the email because the subject headline makes you want to continue to read the rest of the email. Remember the purpose of the subject headline is make your readers continue to read. The other reason is that if you have been emailing to your list, and given your subscribers a lot of free quality stuffs. They are more eager to receive your email than to reject your emails. The only reason why they are rejecting you is that you are spamming them or giving them lousy content, etc. How many times email to your list I have share before, do read up the past post if you want.

Now the last part, you have a average headline that has 50% of the open rate, 250 read your email in count. How do you make sure they click the link to wherever you want to bring them? By writing to them as a friend, always remember that email marketing is relationship selling, so you cannot be to salesy on your approach in the email, or they will un-subscribe from your list. I guess you have friends that email you, telling you what they experienced or have the good result from buying this product or service, then makes you want to buy as well. I did, and quite a few time as well. The email that you are writing must be truthful and sometimes playful as well, so your friends or subscribers will listen to your advise.

Internet marketing has so much strategies that we can use, all you need to to expand your mind and execute on what you know. That will be all for today’s internet marketing strategy, do comment and share with others on this topic. Internet marketing is a fun and exciting world to be in, and I love it, I hope you do also. To your success, cheers!

Email marketing has been around since the beginning of internet, and it is still a great tool to use to communicate to your customers. So helping your customers or leads have easy read on your email is also a must, it’s because if your email is hard to read, it will actually discouraged your readers to continue. So how will you encourage your reader to continue reading? By formatting your email.

Below is an example of a un-formatted email:

You see that it makes hard for the readers to continue reading, because all the words are compiled near to each other. It might even led the readers to miss some lines as well. Below is a good formatted email:

Don’t you find the second email much easier to read? Remember that you are to make it easy for the readers, so they will continue reading the following lines.

That will be all for today’s internet marketing strategy, do comment and share with all. To your success, cheers!

Now you have a list who are interested in your niche, you want to email follow up or build a relationship with them. The question is “How many times a week should I send email to them?” The magic question finally revealed, what is your preference of sending them email, yet not regarded by your lists as a spammer.

The experience from me is that will depend on what your niche is …

If your niche is a non money making niche then you might want to email them at least once a week, or even once every two weeks. For money making niche, I will email them daily. Why do I do that?

I will start with the non money making niche first, let’s take for example you are in the exercise niche “How to Get Fit in 8 weeks”. As this niche’s result will take some time, maybe at least 4 weeks to see that you are able to run 2 kilometers in 10 minutes. So you can see that in this niche we do not email them very frequently. Even “Double Your Dating” owner David DeAngelo’ also email like once a week when he first started.

Now, why for make money niche we must email your list once a day. As your lists all wants to get rich fast, don’t you think that you should give them information on how to make money? So that is why you must email them daily or at least once every two days, to keep in touch with them.

Why not give it a try if your niche is a money making one, I have heard from some internet marketers who used to email like once a week, then change to daily, see their profit up by at least 200%. So I challenge you to do that if you want to increase your profit. Of course if you keep emailing them to buy from your products or affiliate products, you will only piss them off and un-subscribe from your mailing list. Give them content instead, then they will appreciate you and will buy from you when you sell them something.

Today’s email marketing is part of the internet marketing strategy that I shared, hope you find it useful. Feel free to share if you have any comment, and tell your friends about this post.
